• The item was received damaged, defective, or not as described.

• The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

• The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Note: We do not accept returns for products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

2. Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

3. Ship the product to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

4. Inspection and Approval

• Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it.

• If the return is approved, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds will include the product cost and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

6. Replacement
If the product is found to be defective or damaged, and you prefer a replacement:

• We will dispatch a new unit at no additional cost.

• Replacement is subject to product availability.

7. Cancellations
